"Pneumatic Brake System" laboratory simulator
The simulator is a functioning model of a modern vehicle brake system. The model consists of a schematic representation of truck and trailer frames with real pneumatic brake system components installed.
The stand includes: a compressor, an electric motor, a receiver and compressed air preparation devices.
The stand includes:
dryer with pressure regulator;
safety four-way valve;
receivers;
silencers on the compressed air receivers for noise reduction during air discharge;
an air distributor on the trailer;
service and parking brake valves;
check valve in the parking brake system line;
booster valves (one in the service brake system, one in the parking brake system);
two sets of coupling heads (for tractor and trailer);
double-brake valve;
trailer control valve;
braking force regulator on the tractor;
brake chambers (front, rear and trailer);
a pair of flexible couplings between the trailer and the tractor;
pressure gauges to measure pressure in the system lines".
