"Training and laboratory simulator "Practicing skills of gas distribution station mechanics".
The simulator is a gas distribution station (GDS) with one reduction line, bypass and safety valve installed on a movable frame. A set of spark-safe tools, sealing and wear material ensures that practical work can be carried out. On the inner surface of the cabinet door there is a technological schematic diagram of the cabinet and the location of the main accessories and connection points is marked.
The equipment used in the simulator is intended for studying
- Construction of a gas distribution station and its components;
- Techniques for regular maintenance and adjustment works;
- Repair procedures.
The training simulator provides practical experience, skills and knowledge required for gas service engineers, makes it possible to dismantle and install GRP elements, replace components, study the structure of the filter, gas pressure regulator and safety valve.
Composition of the simulator:
- Gas distribution station with one reduction line, bypass and safety valve.
- Frame with lockable wheel supports.
- Set of intrinsically safe tools, sealing and consumables for carrying out laboratory work.
The simulator includes the following practical exercises
- General structure and technical characteristics of the gas distribution station.
- Repair and maintenance of the components of the gas distribution station.
- Installation of elements of gas distribution stations.
