" Marine Firefighting Training and Exercise Facility
Description
The training complex consists of seven specially equipped articulated modules made on the basis of 40-foot shipping containers.
Composition:
The training complex consists of:
fire-fighting simulator (rooms imitating engine room, cabin, galley, open part of deck, cargo hold, with fire focuses simulators);
auxiliary module - rooms with technological equipment as well as domestic and service rooms.
The compartments with fire focuses simulators are equipped under the following ship rooms and areas:
""Engine room" is equipped with shipboard equipment models: engine with dimensions of 0.9 x 0.7 x 0.7 m; fuel pump - 0.7 x 0.5 x 0.5 m, with pipe line section; electric board - 1.8 x 1.2 x 0.4 m. The compartment has engine and electrical switchboard combustion simulators, inclined ship's stairs to the second tier, with a hatch;
"The cabin is equipped with metal bed models of dimensions 1710 x 800 x 1010 mm, wardrobe of 400 x 650 x 1900 mm, table of 1000 x 650 x 750 mm, chair of 400 x 400 x 800 mm. The compartment has a vertical gangway to the second tier with a hatch as an emergency exit;
"Galley has dummies of electric cooker with dimensions of 0.6m x 0.6m x 1.0m, electric board - 0.5m x 0.5m x 0.3m, with a part of cable line;
"Cargo hold" is equipped with a pallet measuring 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.3 m. The compartment has a vertical ship's gangway extending to the second tier, with a hatch;
""Part of open deck" is equipped with tray with size 1 x 1 x 0.3 m, simulator of tanker manifold with tray - 2 x 1 x 0.3 m, for simulation of extinguishing of burning oil products, simulation of rupture of gas pipeline. In the compartment there is a vertical ship's gangway, exiting to the second tier, with a hatch as an emergency exit."
