The laboratory training simulator consists of the following components:
control module; hydraulic module;
a hydraulic power unit.
The control module consists of a body and a front panel on which the control, switching and display devices are mounted.
The hydraulic module consists of a frame and a table. The table contains: a plate with electro-hydraulic manifolds, a gear shaft with a single friction and gear pinion, and an electric drive of the shaft. This module is designed to demonstrate the actuation of the single friction clutch of the gearbox.
The hydraulic power unit is placed inside or adjacent to the frame and is designed to generate working fluid pressure in the hydraulic system.
The error entry unit allows the following failures to be entered:
Breakdown of wires KESU-electromagnets of plate distributors and distributors ZVOM, PVOM.
Short circuit of wires of KESU- solenoids of plate distributors and distributors of ZVOM, PVOM.
Breakdown of wires IESU-pressure sensors.
Short circuit wires ESU-pressure sensors.
Over-voltage supply.
